Summer School of Geomatics

The Summer School of Geomatics returns!

From March 1 to April 1, 2023 you can register for the 2nd edition of the Summer School of Geomatics, which will take place in the last weeks of June.

During two weeks, participants will take classes on:

• introduction to geodesy and geomatics,
• algorithms in Python,
• geospatial data in GIS,
• basics of surveying.

In the practical part, they will work with data from GNSS systems, terrestrial laser scanning and photogrammetry.

Each of the nearly 30 students will receive a scholarship to stay in Warsaw. The summer school is also an opportunity to promote the Warsaw University of Technology and Poland. The summer school is financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange under the SPINAKER programme.
